Hartfields Medical Centre - Site Closure

Due to unforeseen circumstances Hartfields Medical Centre will be closed for 6 working days whilst essential works are carried out.

With effect from Monday 30^th September 2024 the practice will be closed. The practice will reopen on Tuesday 8^th October 2024.

All calls will be diverted to other McKenzie group sites.
