The Patient Representative Group made a decision to aim for 1000 patients to complete a practice questionnaire.

Unfortunately the surgery was only able to gain 271 responses and after speaking to staff the feedback was that patients: were not interested in completing, did not have glasses, etc.  As well as asking patient to complete when attending the surgeries, 50 random questionnaires were sent in the post with stamped addressed envelopes but a poor response of only 6 was received. The group agreed that this was not cost effective for the practice and it was decided no more questionnaires were required.
