Disabled Access

All of our sites have no steps or inclines and their entrances are level with the ground allowing wheel chair access.

There are manual double doors to all entrances and reception/waiting areas which may require some assistance for wheel chair users, with the exception of Victoria Medical Centre which has an automatic door.

All primary care services are on the ground floor.

There is a loop system in reception at all sites for patients with hearing problems, at all sites except Throston Medical Centre.

All premises have a disabled toilet.

There is a dedicated car park for use by staff and patients at all sites with marked disabled parking bays, with the exception of Throston Medical Centre, although they have disabled parking at the front of the building for patients.

Although there is no dedicated car park at Throston Medical Centre, there is ample parking nearby in the adjacent shopping precinct.
